Goods transport:

All goods we offer are in stock (unless otherwise stated for a specific product). We usually send orders within 3 working days of receiving the order or payment. We always try to keep this shipping time, but if there is a delay in shipping with your order, it always has its justification, for which we apologize in advance. Believe that we do what we can so that the goods you ordered are with you as soon as possible. We want you to receive the goods in the highest quality, so we carefully check each piece before packing.

We send shipments via the Czech Post, Mail Order or the cheapest transport company (PPL, DPD, DHL, etc.). If you choose to be transported by Czech Post and you will not be available at the address provided by you, the courier will give you a written notice of deposit at the nearest Czech Post branch. If you choose transport in the form of a Mail Order, you will be sent an information email and an SMS about the date of collection at the company's branch.

We also send goods abroad (Slovakia, Germany, England) via the Mail Order or a foreign carrier (DHL International)

Payment methods:

We accept payment either by transfer in advance to our account (when the payment must be credited within a binding order within a maximum of 3 working days, otherwise the order is unconditionally canceled). The second option is cash on delivery.
